Automatic Payment Terms

Reocurring Card Payment Terms & Conditions.

• Reocurring payments: By storing your card with Windcave, you acknowledge that your card details are saved for the purpose of reocurring automatic payments. Your card will be charged on a reocurring basis on each account due date until the facility is cancelled.
• Consent to deduct: By storing your card with Windcave, you consent to Advance Electrical Wholesalers Ltd deducting the statement amount owing on your account due date.
• Advance notice: You will be notified by email two business days before the deduction date confirming the amount to be charged.
• Your responsibility: It is the account holder's responsibility to notify Advance of any required change or cancellation before the payment is processed. Please contact us at accounts@aew.co.nz.
• Declined or withdrawn payments: If a payment is declined or withdrawn, any subsequent payment must be arranged independently. Card payments made outside the automatic payment facility will attract the 1.84% surcharge.
• Card payments outside this facility: Any credit or debit card payments made outside of the reocurring payment facility will attract a 1.84% surcharge at the point of payment.
• EFTPOS and PayWave: EFTPOS cards are accepted. EFTPOS payments made using PayWave will attract the 1.84% surcharge.
• American Express not accepted: American Express cards are not accepted under any payment method.
• Updating your card: Update your card details at any time via the Windcave portal.
• Cancellation: To cancel the automatic payment facility, email accounts@aew.co.nz. A minimum of 3 working days notice is required before your next payment due date.

Consumer Rights

Your rights.

Standard consumer rights apply under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. The surcharge is disclosed at the point of sale prior to payment being processed.
