We're committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, you can return it to us, but before you do, there are some things you should know.
- If you're returning a product, make sure it's in a brand-new, unused and resalable condition. That means keeping all original packaging and accessories intact. We can't accept returns for products that have been modified or tampered with in any way. Sorry, we're not into that kind of experimentation.
- For products that were a special order and not part of our normal range, there will be a restocking fee. It's not our favourite thing to do, but we get charged by our suppliers, so you will as well.
- You can return products for up to 30 days after purchase. Let's not be a dick about this, just because you only clean out your van once a year does not mean we will accept back something that's been kicking around in there for the last 12 months.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund. This can take around 7-10 business days to process.
